Our training starts at Bagel & Juice near Strijp-S, which is a great environment to start our warming up and to practice circuit training, and there are plenty of varied training routes based in the surroundings of the old Philips factory.  (NL)

For more advanced runners, we head off in the direction of the Philips De Jongh park and warm up with a short run of approximately 1.3 km. We will head towards parkland where we can practice intervals of various distances in a car-free and green environment.
