Our training starts at Bagel & Juice near Strijp-S, which is a great area to start our warming up and to practice circuit training with plenty of varied training routes based in the grounds of the old Philips factory. 

For more advanced runners, we warm up with a short run of approximately 1.3 km in the direction of the Philips De Jongh park and head towards parkland where we can practice intervals of various distances in a safe, car-free and green environment.
